Ronda Rudd Menlove is a Republican member of the Utah House of Representatives, representing District 1. She was first elected to the chamber in 2004.

Menlove served as State House Assistant Majority Whip in the 2011-2012 session. She is currently also an Election Judge.

Biography

Menlove earned her B.A. from Utah State University. She went on to receive her M.A. from Indiana University - Bloomington. She then received her PhD from Utah State University.

Menlove has worked in the following positions: Teacher/Public School Administrator, Vice Provost of Regional Campuses and Distance Education for Utah State University, and Associate Professor at Utah State University.[1]
