Biography
Menlove earned her BA from Utah State University. She went on to receive her MA from Indiana University - Bloomington. She then received her PhD from Utah State University.
Menlove has worked in the following positions: Teacher/Public School Administrator, Vice Provost of Regional Campuses and Distance Education for Utah State University, and Associate Professor at Utah State University.
