Rosemary Brown has been a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives since 2011, representing District 189. She was first elected in 2010, with his term expiring in 2012.

She was trained in executive sales management with Macey's, where she continued to work before taking executive sales positions with Saks Fifth Avenue and Bon-Ton. She later entered the field of pharmaceutical sales where she worked for Hoffman-LaRoche and Vistakon.

Brown holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Scranton.
