Four Royal Oak City Charter Amendment measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the city of Royal Oak which is in Oakland County.

All four measures were approved[1]

The first amendment sought to implement a levy at a rate of 1 mill for a period of five years which would be used to pay for garbage and refuse collection services in the city.[2] This levy will actually renew the current refuse levy, residents had approved it every five years since it was implemented in 1991.[3]

The second amendment sought to change the time at which terms end, the third amendment sought to make it that filing deadline laws were the same as those of the state and the fourth will change the fee paid for filing for office.[2]

Shall the proposal be adopted?[4]
