Russell Clarke was a 2012 Libertarian candidate for the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission.[1]

Clarke ran for public utilities commissioner in 2012. He faced incumbent Kristie Fiegen (R) and Matt McGovern (D) in the general election on November 6, 2012, which was won by Fiegen.[2]
