Russell Fairchild
Russell Fairchild (b. February 19, 1947) was a Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 85.
Fairchild earned his AS in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, Mont Alto, in 1967. He then served in the United States Army as an Infantry Platoon Leader from 1967 to 1969. From 1969 to 1988, he was President of a construction business.
In 1989, Fairchild joined the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He served in that position until 2010, representing the 85th District.

On November 4, 2008, Fairchild won re-election to the 84th District seat of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. He received 17,173 votes, defeating Democrat Stephen Connolley (7,204).[1]
