Rusty Farley was a Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 1. Farley joined the house in 2010 and served until he passed away on July 4, 2011.[1]

Farley worked as a manager for wholesale plumbing, heating, and cooling supplies.[2]

Farley ran unopposed in the Republican primary on July 27. He defeated incumbent Dennis Bailey (D) in the general election.[3] Bailey was seeking his second term.
