Ruth Kirk (b. February 2, 1930) was a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates. She represented District 44 from January 12, 1983 to January 12, 2011.

Kirk is a member of the Advisory Council on Offender Employment Coordination, Governor's Council on Adolescent Pregnancy, Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland, and Women Legislators of Maryland.[1]

Kirk was defeated in the September 14 Democratic primary.

2006

On November 7, 2006, Ruth Kirk ran for District 44 of the Maryland House of Delegates, winning the second of three seats, behind Melvin Stukes but beating Keith Haynes.[2]
