Ruth Rowan (b. October 12, 1948) is a Republican member of the West Virginia House of Delegates. She has represented District 57 since 2012 and represented District 50 from 2004 to 2012.

Rowan is an educator. Rowan earned her BS from California University of Pennsylvania. She went on to receive her MA from West Virginia University.[1]

Rowan won re-election in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 57. Rowan defeated Terry L. Craver in the May 8 primary election and defeated Joe Moreland, Jr. in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3][4]
