Fattman won re-election in the 2012 election for Massachusetts House of Representatives Eighteenth Worcester District. Fattman was unopposed in the September 6 Republican primary and defeated Donald Bourque (D) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]

Fattman won election to the Eighteenth Worcester Seat in 2010. He had no primary opposition. He defeated Jennifer Callahan (D) in the general election on November 2, 2010.[2]
