Ryan P. Berry was a Democratic member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing the 12th District from 2003 to 2011. He is also a member of the Manchester Democratic Town Committee.

Barry is an Attorney with the Law Offices of Ryan P. Barry, LLC. He has worked as a Clerk in the Appropriations Committee, and a Litigation Attorney for Moukawsher and Walsh, Limited Liability Corporation.

Barry sits on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Student Loan Foundation, is an organizer of the Annual Christmas Toy Drive - Manchester Young Democrats, a member of the Manchester Bar Association, and Saint Bridget Church.[1]
