Ryan Quarles (b. October 20, 1983) is a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 62. He was first elected to the chamber in 2010.

Quarles earned three Bachelor's degrees and an M.A. in both Economics and Diplomacy from the University of Kentucky. He also earned an M.A. in Higher Education from Harvard. His professional experience includes working for Senator Mitch McConnell, as a consultant for GlobalAdRisk and a farmer.
