Winkler is General Counsel of Nazca Solutions, Incorporated, and previously worked as an Associate with Smith Parker, Professional Limited Liability Partnership. He earned his JD from the University of Minnesota and AB in History from Harvard University.
Winkler is Founder/Chair of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Constitution Society, American Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Saint Louis Park City Charter Commission. He is married and has 2 children.[1]
