Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

An additional tax for the benefit of the Sabina Public Library and the New Vienna Branch Library for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding eight-tenths (0.8) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to eight cents ($0.08) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.[4]
