A Sacramento County Binding Arbitration for Police, Measure A ballot measure was on the May 19, 2009 ballot in Sacramento County for voters throughout the county, where it was approved.

Measure A was a local ballot initiative that qualified for the ballot through the collection of signatures. The full title of Measure A is Impartial and Binding Arbitration for Probation Officers and Peace Officer Managers Employed by the County of Sacramento.

If it passes, it will amend Sections 91-95 of the Sacramento County Charter in such a way as to extend mandatory binding arbitration labor practices to include county employees employed by the Probation Non-Supervisory Unit and the Law Enforcement Management Unit.
