A San Francisco Financing Pier 70 Waterfront District Development Plan, Proposition D ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot in San Francisco, where it was approved.

Proposition D provided funds to develop Pier 70 "based on new City hotel and payroll expense tax revenues from the development," contingent on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors approving a financial and land use plan for the development.
