A San Mateo County Service Area #1 parcel tax, Measure I ballot question was on the February 5, 2008 ballot for voters in San Mateo County Service Area District #1 in San Mateo County, California, where it was approved.

Measure I imposed a parcel tax of $65/parcel for fire and police services for four years. This was an extension of a pre-existing parcel tax.

A 2/3rds supermajority vote was required for approval.

MEASURE I: "Shall Resolution No. 069094 of the County of San Mateo continuing the levy of a special tax for four years at a maximum rate of $65 per parcel per year for fire protection and extended police services be approved?"
