Bohne ran in the 2012 election for Kansas House of Representatives District 42. She was defeated by incumbent Connie O'Brien in the Republican primary on August 7, 2012. Harold Fevurly, Jr. ran unopposed in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
