Satveer Chaudhary (b. June 12, 1969) was a Democratic member of the Minnesota State Senate. He was first elected to the position in 2000 and was re-elected in 2006, with his term expiring in 2010. Before becoming a Senator, Chaudhary was a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1996 to 2000. He was defeated in the 2010 Democratic primary by .

Chaudhary has had extensive political experience before becoming a Senator. Chaudhary was a Foreign Policy Intern for the late United States Senator Edward M. Kennedy and was a Special Assistant for former Minnesota Attorney General Hubert H. Humphrey III.

Chaudhary graduated from St. Olaf College with his Bachelor's degree and later graduated with his Juris Doctor degree from Minnesota Law.
