The question on the ballot:

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Scioto County for the purpose of maintaining and operating schools, training centers, workshops, clinics and mental retardation programs by the Scioto County Board of Developmental Disabilities, at a rate not exceeding 1mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2011, first due in calendar year 2012.[3]
