A Scioto Township Cemetery Levy Replacement measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Scioto which is in Jackson County.

This measure sought to replace the current cemetery levy with one set at a rate of $.10 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for cemetery operational and maintenance costs in the township.[2]

The question on the ballot:

A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Scioto Township for the purpose of OPERATING AND MAINTAINING CEMETERIES at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.10 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3]
