Boyd graduated from the Lancaster County Master Planner Course. He then earned his BS in Political Science from Millersville University in 1980.
Boyd worked as a Sales Representative for White Oak Display and Design from 1982 to 1992. He has worked as Chief Executive Officer of White Oak Display and Design since then.
