Scott Edward Haugen (b. January 4, 1981) was a candidate for District 21 in the North Dakota House of Representatives in 2010.



On June 8, 2010, Haugen lost his bid for the Democratic nomination for the North Dakota House of Representatives, getting third place in the State District 21 Democratic Primary.[1]
