Scott Hutchinson (b. August 19, 1961) is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate, representing District 21 since 2012.

Hutchinson earned his BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Finance in 1983. He then worked as Chief Deputy County Treasurer for Venango County from 1984 to 1992.

Hutchinson served as Vice President of the Oil City Area School Board from 1985 to 1992. He then joined the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1993. He has served in that position since, representing the 64th District.

Hutchinson won re-election to the 64th District Seat in 2010. He was unopposed in the May 18 primary and defeated Libertarian Vance Mays in the general election on November 2, 2010.[3]
