Price is a retired United States Air Force non-commissioned officer. He is a graduate of the Graduate Community College of the Air Force (weather technology, A.A.S.), 2002, and of Peru State College, 2004.
Price earned his AAS in Weather Technology from the Community College of the Air Force in 2000 and his Bachelors degree in Technology Management from Peru State College in 2001.
Price is a small business owner and a business development manager for the United States Air Force.
