Scott Wilson is a Republican member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana Metro Council, representing District 4. He was elected to the council in 2008.[1]

In 2013, Wilson was a Republican candidate for District 65 of the Louisiana House of Representatives.[2]

Wilson ran for election in the special election for Louisiana House of Representatives District 65. The seat is vacant following Clif Richardson's (R) resignation due to health issues on January 2, 2013. Wilson was defeated by Barry Ivey (R) in the special election on March 2, 2013. Candidates had until January 11 to file.[3][2][4][5]
