A Seal Beach Uniform Height Limit, Measure Z was on the November 4, 2008 ballot in Orange County, California, for voters in the City of Seal Beach.[1]

Since the measure passed, voters in Seal Beach will be limiting the maximum height of residences in the Old Town Area to 25 feet.

The question voters were asked to consider is, "Shall the Seal Beach Municipal Code be amended to limit the maximum height of residential development in the Old Town Area to 25 feet?"[2]

Measure Z was approved with 72.6% of the vote.
