Shane Martin is a Republican member of the South Carolina State Senate, representing District 13 since 2008.

Martin was an overseer for Craftsman Truck Aerodynamic Program for Chevrolet. He was also a School Board Trustee for Spartanburg District 6. He joined the South Carolina State Senate in 2008. He has served in that position since, representing the 13th district.
