The Shangri-La Water District Tax, Measure 20-155 appeared on the November 3 ballot in Lane County.

The measure sought to impose a $3.50 tax on property within the district and this rate will be permanent. The reason for the tax is that the district is not able to operate its facilities at their potential due to the lack of funds and the age of the facilities has prompted the need to repairs which cannot be done without a significant amount of revenue.[1]
