Biography
After earning a law degree in 1976, Neuhardt moved back to Dayton and began practicing law and a local firm. She currently practices business law at Business Law Thompson Hine LLP.
Elections
2012
Neuhardt lost to republican Mike Turner.[2] Neuhardt ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House, representing Ohio's 10th District. She defeated five other candidates in the March 6, 2012 Democratic primary. She will face incumbent Mike Turner (R) and David Harlow (L) in the November 6, 2012 general election.[3]
The Washington Post listed the House of Representatives elections in Ohio in 2012 as one of the states that could determine whether Democrats retake the House or Republican holds its majority in 2013.[4] Ohio tied with Pennsylvania for 9th on the list.[4]

In 2008, she lost to Steve Austria (R) to represent Ohio's 7th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives.[5]
