Shari Weber

Shari Weber is the former Majority Leader in the Kansas House of Representatives.

American Majority

Shari Weber joined American Majority as the Kansas Executive Director in January 2009. She previously served as a member of the Kansas House of Representatives for the 68th District for 10 years, including serving as Majority Leader during the 2001 and 2002 legislative sessions.


Prior to joining American Majority, Weber served as the President and CEO for Community Bankers Association of Kansas, a state-wide organization which represents locally owned and operated banks. She gained additional experience and connections working with the Herington Main Street Program, a downtown development initiative on behalf of the National Trust for Historic Preservation by the Kansas Department of Commerce. She received her education at St. John's College and Academy in Winfield, Kansas and Moorhead State University in Minnesota.


Shari and her husband, Marvin, live near Vassar and together they have three children.
