Cissna is the owner and operator of PS Publication Services. She has worked as a Home Based Mental Health Counselor with Hope Cottages, mental health therapist, and family/individual counselor.
Cissna was also a Lieutenant Colonel/Commander in the Legislative Squadron of the Alaska Wing Civil Air Patrol, and is involved with the American Public Health Association, Academy Health, Anchorage Citizens Coalition, and Health & Social Services Committee of the National Conference of State Legislators.[1]
