Sharon Stewart-Peregoy (b. June 3, 1953) is a Democratic member of the Montana State Senate, representing District 21 since 2009.

Stewart-Peregoy earned her BS in Elementary Education from Montana State University in 1976. She later received her M.Ed in Education, Emphasis on Curriculum and Instruction, from the City University at Seattle in 2002.

Stewart-Peregoy was Director of the Title III Program at Little Big Horn College, Crow Agency, Montana. She then worked as Coordinator for Crow Tobacco Prevention Program, Executive Branch, for the Crow Agency, Montana, from 2003 to 2006. She was Director of the Crow Tribal Health Department, Executive Branch, for the Crow Agency, Montana, for the next year. She has been a Research/Development Specialist for the Office of Economic Development of the Crow Tribe of Indians since 2007.

Stewart-Peregoy won re-election in the 2012 election for Montana State Senate, District 47. Stewart-Peregoy ran unopposed in the June 5 primary election and was also unopposed in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1][2]

On November 4, 2008, Stewart-Peregoy won election to the 21st District Seat in the Montana State Senate, defeating Randen Schoppe (R).[3]
