Sharon Trusty (b. August 27, 1945) has been a Republican member of the Arkansas Senate since 2000. She represents the 4th district.

Education

Trusty attended Arkansas Tech University.

Professional experience

Trusty was a Legislative Liaison from Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee in 1999. She is currenlty a Businesswoman, working for Trusty and Associates Incorporated.

Political experience

Trusty was Co-Chair of the Arkansas Republican Party from 1984 to 1986. She then joined the Arkansas State Senate in 2000. She has served in that position since, representing the 4th district.

Trusty and her husband, Fritz, have three children.
