Shirley Nathan-Pulliam (b. May 20, 1939) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 10 and currently serving as Deputy Minority Whip. She was first elected to the chamber in 1994. She is a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 44 of the Maryland State Senate.
