A Silverdale City Incorporation proposition was defeated on the February 12, 2013 election ballot in Kitsap County, which is in Washington.

This proposition authorized the incorporation of the currently unincorporated region of Kistsap County commonly known as Silverdale.[1]

Language on the ballot:

Shall the area of unincorporated Kitsap County, commonly known as Silverdale, and legally described in Kitsap County Board of Commissioners Resolution No. 202–2012, be incorporated as a non-charter code city operating under title 35A RCW with a council-manager form of government? (Pursuant to RCW 35.02.078 & BOCC Res. No. 202–2012)
