SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota: On April 13th, Sioux Falls residents will decide if they would like to lower the amount of valid signatures needed to quality a candidate for city council for the ballot. The current number is 200 signatures. This potentially new amendment to the city charter would reduce that number to 50 signatures.[1]
