The question on the ballot:

The Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire Protection District No. 19 adopted Resolution No. 3, concerning a proposition to finance maintenance and operation expenses. This proposition would authorize the District to meet the fire protection and life safety needs of its residents by levying the following excess taxes, on all taxable property within the District, for support of the District’s maintenance and operation expenses: Collection Year: 2013, 2014; Approximate Levy Rate/$1,000 Assessed Value: $.57 Levy Amount: $190,000. All as provided in Resolution No. 3. Should this proposition be approved?[3]
