Both parties in South Carolina have plans to prevent voter fraud. In light of the recent ACORN allegations, both Democrats and Republicans in South Carolina are geared up to prevent voter fraud. This includes employing lawyers and encouraging people to fill out provisional ballots if machines are down or there is a confusion over voting status. Both parties are employing poll watchers.[1]
