Home from Iraq is an initiated constitutional amendment in South Dakota that calls for a symbolic measure in which South Dakota voters demand that the President of the United States, in support of the men and women serving in the Armed Forces of the United States, end the United States occupation of Iraq, and achieve "immediate, complete, safe, and orderly withdrawal of all United States forces". The initiative also calls for non-military assistance to smooth the transition in Iraq.[1]
