SHALL THE SOUTHWESTERN HIGHWAY 115 FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT TAXES BE INCREASED $70,967.16 BASED ON THE TOTAL PROPERTY VALUATION OF $11,827,860 FOR THE 2012 YEAR AND COLLECTED IN 2013 AND BY WHATEVER AMOUNTS AS ARE RECEIVED EACH YEAR THEREAFTER BY THE IMPOSITION OF THIS MILL LEVY INCREASE OF 6 MILLS, FOR A TOTAL OF 13.2 MILLS UPON TAXABLE PROPERTY VALUES WITHIN THE DISTRICT, COMMENCING WITH THE 2014 TAX COLLECTION YEAR AND CONTINUING THEREAFTER, WITH ALL SUCH REVENUES, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL OTHER REVENUES TO BE COLLECTED, RETAINED AND SPENT BY THE DISTRICT FOR THE PURPOSES OF DEFRAYING SALARIES, OTHER OPERATING EXPENSES OF THE DISTRICT, AND/OR OTHER LAWFUL PURPOSES, AS A VOTER APPROVED REVENUE CHANGE AND AN EXCEPTION TO THE SPENDING, REVENUE RAISING, AND OTHER LIMITS WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE APPLY
