|Shall the previously voted millage for Spaulding Township, Saginaw County Michigan, of one mill ($1.00 per $1,000 of taxable valuation), which has been reduced by law to .97 mills ($.97 per $1,000 of taxable valuation) be renewed and increased to one (1) mill (an increase of $.03 per one thousand dollars of taxable valuation) to provide funds for police protection and operation of the Spaulding Township Police Department, for ten (10) years (2012 through 2021 inclusive), which levy will raise in the first year of the levy the estimated sum of $38,344?|
