A Spencer Township Cemetery Levy Addition measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the township of Spencer which is in Guernsey County.

The measure was approved

YES: 140 (61.14%) a
NO: 91 (38.86%)^[1]

This measure sought to add to the current cemetery levy by a rate of .6 mills for a further five years in order to continue to pay for vemetery maintenance and operational costs in the township.^[2]
