A Spreckels Memorial District parcel tax, Measure S ballot question was on the June 3, 2008 ballot for voters in the Spreckels Memorial District in Monterey County, California, where it was approved.
Measure S imposed a parcel tax of $95 per parcel/per year. The district uses these funds operate the properties that belong to the district, including the Spreckels Memorial Park and Park Annex.
A 2/3rds supermajority vote was required for approval.
