St Louis County Proposition C (2008)

The St. Louis County Proposition C question will appear on the November 4, 2008 ballot in St. Louis County, Missouri. It deals with the St Louis County Charter, which details the responsibilities of county officials. An element of the County Charter requires that the question of convening a Charter Commission be raised every ten years, which is why this question is on the ballot this year. ^[1]
