Two St Marys & Wapakoneta Local Alcohol Questions were on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the cities of St Marys and Wapakoneta which are in Auglaize County.

St Marys Question: Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Ohio Valley Investors, LLC., dba Buffalo Wild Wings, applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood restaurant at 442 Fortman Drive and Patio, St. Marys, Ohio 45885 in this precinct?

Wapakoneta Question: Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight by Wal Mart Stores East LP, dba Wal Mart Supercenter 3300, applicant for a D-6 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood store at 1257 Bellefontaine Street, Wapakoneta, Ohio 45895 in this precinct?[3]
