- NO 831 (19.61%)
This measure sought to implement a waterline insurance fee which would be set at a rate of $12 per year for individual homes in order to help pay for waterline repairs and replacements. Currently, waterline breaks are fully covered by the homeowners but this fee will help alleviate the total costs.
