Stan Bingham (b. December 29, 1945) is a Republican member of the North Carolina State Senate, representing District 33.

Bingham was Chair/Vice Chair of the Davidson County Commissioner from 1990 to 1994. He joined the North Carolina State Senate in 2001. He has served in that position since, representing the 33rd district.

In 2011, Bingham, part-owner of an inspection-offering service center, proposed to end mandatory annual automobile inspections, required in North Carolina since 1966. Although it did not become law, his proposal was identified by the John Locke Foundation as one which would have reduced "cronyism" in North Carolina.[1]
