Sponsored legisation
In 2011, Bingham, part-owner of an inspection-offering service center, proposed to end mandatory annual automobile inspections, required in North Carolina since 1966. Although it did not become law, his proposal was identified by the John Locke Foundation as one which would have reduced "cronyism" in North Carolina.[1]
