Amendment 63 amended Article VI, Section 1 of the Washington State Constitution. It was the 63rd amendment approved to the Washington State Constitution subsequent to its adoption in 1889.
Text of measure
Amendment 63's ballot title asked the question, "Shall a thirty-day durational residency requirement be established for voting by otherwise eligible citizens eighteen years of age or over?"
