Question: Shall 17.5 acres near 777 Shaff Road be annexed for possible future subdivision into 54 lots.

Summary: By Resolution 865, the Stayton City Council approved a request by Roger and Joan Roberts and RJR Properties, Co. to annex 17.5 acres located adjacent to 777 Shaff Road. The 17.5 acres will be zoned Low Density Residential (LD) for single family dwellings. The applicants have submitted a conceptual plan showing a possible subdivision into 54 lots single family use.[3]
