Stella Scamman is a former Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. She represented the Rockingham 13 District from 2002-2010.

Scamman is a small business owner and teacher. She and her husband, Douglas, have four children.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Schamman ran for the Rockingham District 13 of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, winning the third of eight seats with 7,257 votes. [2]
